Auto Parts Buddy offers shipping within 24 hours of payment in most circumstances. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sundays should be processed and shipped on Monday. If you are in anylocationoutside of the continental United States the system will automatically calculate your shipping costs. Here are some additional details regarding Auto Parts Buddy shipping practices:

1) Business days are Monday through Friday

2) For International orders you may or may not be charged a duty (tax) on your order. This charge is not included in your shipping quote. Your local customs agency will handle that and charge you the correct amount of duties that should be appropriate. It is good practice to check before ordering to avoid any surprises.

3) Domestic shipments traveling within the continental United States will be shipped via FedEx in most cases. The exception will be small packages are sometimes shipped with USPS. The majority of orders are shipped out of our distribution center located in Georgia.

4) International orders generally are shipped with USPS, with the exception of Canada. Orders received for Canada will be shipped UPS in most cases.

5) Any Free Shipping Offers apply only to the Continental United States, (48 States). For International or other US States and Territories, Extra ChargesApply.

Warranty for your Auto Parts BuddyProducts is for two years (24 months) and does require a copy of your PayPal receipt from time of original purchase.Warranty is only extended to the original owner at the time of purchase. Auto Parts Buddy warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship when in normal use and service of the vehicle for which it was intended for.

This warranty does not apply to units which have been altered, modified, lowered or damaged, misused, improperly installed or used in applications other than recommended by application. Auto Parts Buddy does not accept any Labor Claims or have any liability beyond the replacement of the alleged defective unit. We reserve the right to have the unit returned for analysis if we deem the circumstances make it necessary. Please see our section on returns for further instructions.
