HHR now offersthe SR1 Rear Exhaust for the 955 (2003-2006 Cayenne line up. The SR1 is our flagship rear exhaust and replaces the stock Porsche Cayenne rear muffler with a single canister rear exhaust. This exhaust provides a free flowing exhaust to provide HP/TQ gains, as well as provide an exotic, airy, deep exhaust note from your Cayenne that is very livable on a daily basis. This exhaust note proved an aggressive, exotic, airy\"Euro\" sound under heavy acceleration, with a pleasant rumble under normal driving conditions.
We hand manufacture this exhaust system in Denver, Colorado. The tubing, hangers and muffler body are made from a combination of 304 and 409 stainless steel. The shape of the muffler is a low profile that tucks nicely under the car without protruding below stock muffler fitment. This exhaust utilizes your stock tips.
We believe this is a DIY project for anyone capable of operating a wrench and a cut-off wheel or reciprocating saw. We provide detailed instructions and needed hardware. This project is estimated at 60 minutes for the first-timers.
