Premium "better than OEM" Pontiac G6 Headlight Assembly Electrical Connector
This is both the male and female pigtails for a pontiac G6 headlight assembly. These connectors are used to replace your corroded or burnt connectors that are between the headlight assembly to the cars wiring harness.
These 6" pigtails are standard OEM connector made better than OEM because the wire is crimped and soldered to the terminal for the best possible electrical connection, thus preventing corrosion at the connection.
The wire is 16 Gauge TXL with an operating temperature range of -51°C to +125°C for use in higher heat areas such as engine compartments.
If you have had steady or intermittent headlight (one headlight brighter than another), turn signal or parking light problems this connection is likely a source of the problem.
Search you tube for one of several videos on removing the headlight assembly on the Pontiac G6.
Once you remove your headlight assemblies and either side of these connectors is burnt or corroded they should be replaced. Please check all other connections on the headlight assembly to insure they are in good condition as well.
Please look at the picture to insure this is the correct item before purchasing.
Some electrical and automotive knowledge is required for the installation.
