    Installation Instruction:
    1. Remove existing shift knob from shift stem. (In most case, just twist knob counterclockwise)
    2. Remove the base cover from the new shift knob, insert it into your shift stem, then choose the proper size sleeveadapterto cover the top threaded part of your shift stem (cut the sleeve down shorter ifnecessary). Insert the new shift knob into your shift stem, push it all the way down until it is set in place.
    3. Apply the allen screws onto the side wall of the knob, align the shift knob before tightening. Reinstall the base cover back onto the shift knob to Nov-15-10 at 12:19:42 PST, seller added the following information:
