The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat is Pirelli's Grand Touring All-Season run-flat tire developed for sports coupes, sedans and small Crossover vehicles. Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat tires feature Pirelli Self-Supporting Run Flat Technology that enhances safety and convenience by providing temporary extended mobility in the event a puncture allows complete loss of air pressure. Pirelli Self-Supporting Run Flat Technology allows tires to literally "run flat" for up to 50 miles at 50 mph (80 km at 80 km/h) unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer for Original Equipment tires. The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat is designed to deliver all-season traction and handling for drivers who operate their vehicles in America's various weather conditions, including in light snow.

The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat's unique combination of qualities have been made possible by Pirelli's Green Performance approach to developing products offering a synergy of driving pleasure, performance, safety and respect of the environment. The Pirelli Ecoimpact icons on the sidewalls of Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat tires highlight their contribution to the environment with regards to energy efficiency, clean air, low noise and long wear.

The Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat uses a low rolling resistance tread compound that features technologically advanced polymers to increase grip on wet and dry roads while it reduces vehicle fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This compound is molded into an asymmetric tread design that promotes even wear, improves ride comfort and reduces noise levels. A robust outboard shoulder enhances lateral grip on dry roads while four circumferential channels flow water from between the tire's contact patch and the road to enhance hydroplaning resistance and wet traction. Independent tread blocks and multiple sipes increase the biting edges needed to enhance traction in light snow. The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts to provide strength anddurability on top of a polyester cord body. Pirelli's extended mobility solution is made possible by their MIRS computer-controlled robotized manufacturing system, a production process that assures consistency in the application of the additional sidewall reinforcements that provide the self-supporting run-flat capability.

As with all run flat tires, the ridewas jarring over bumps and expansion joints. I would actively avoid any defect in the road as I drove. Passengers in the car with me would tell me I drove likeand "idiot", when in reality I was trying to save them from compression fractures in their spine. Moreover, the tires would seem to "wander" when driving over tar strips on the road. The noise from these tires grew louder as the miles added up.To be honest, I could have actually lived with all of this. The straw that broke the camel's back was the lack of wet traction. I could easily break the car free in turns whenever the road was slightly wet. The only thing that saved me from loosing control of this car was the myriad of electronic stabilityfeatures and AWD on this car. With more than 50% of the tread life remaining, I tossed these tires and put on a set of non run flat Continental DSW 06. I've only had them for one week/300 miles, so I'll write a review once I put enough miles on them. Already, the car has transformed. It's smooth and responsive.Already drove it on a rainy night on some back roads. I felt confident with thecar and the wet traction has vastly improved!
Review from July 5, 2016Rating: 7.82Good tire with very responsive handling, buying my second set of these tires. Have always had great results with Pirelli brand of tire. My dad has a 1994 Ford Ranger that still hasa set of Pirelli on it.
Review from June 17, 2016Rating: 1.45Tires were punctured within 1,500 km's and cost $600 per tire to fix. Pirelli run flats ride rough and cannot handle even small potholes that you will inevitably drive over regardless of where you live. Other reviews online seem to agree that these tires do NOT last. Pirelli must be laughing to the bank. No idea why these are still OEM tires for Mercedes, BMW and Audi.
