One center cap in good used condition, \"ALTERED\", somebody very nicely cut the middles out to fit over a larger then normal front hub, So Im told. The hole measures 3 3/16 inches across. Cap was for the Ford Truck F-250 and F-350. as seen in the photos, Ford OEM original Part number was 5C34-1A096-PD.
