Porsche models G96/00, GT2, GT3, BOXSTER 686/20 6 speed gearboxes will occasionally experience a '2nd gear pop out issue.' If the problem just started and there is no gear damage, this upgrade is proven and popular! This Detent is also by far the least expensive option. Installation is relatively simple and can be completed with the gearbox still installed in your Porsche.
This upgraded detent will not fix a pop out problem if there is already internal damage to the gearbox, but itmay certainly help prevent it.
