All parts are inspected before shipment. All parts are shipped insured. If youreceive a damaged part, you must notify carrier (FedEx 1-800-GO-FEDEX, or USPS[phone removed by eBay]) of damage. They will contact Performance Products Warehouse andwe will replace.
All new parts are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a part, you mayreturn it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All sales at PerformanceProducts Warehouse are considered final.
Installed or modified parts cannot be returned. All returned parts mustbe in new condition in their original packaging. Labor, installation, andshipping costs are not refundable. If an item has free shipping, the originalshipping cost incurred by Performance Products Warehouse will be deducted fromany refund issued.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please insure &including tracking for all returns in case they get lost or damaged in transitback to us.
Please Note: If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will thenfall under our standard return policy. Anyround trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from yourrefund. Also, refused packages can take up to 18 days to be processed.
