Shipping

1. We ship viaUPS GROUND service with all packages insured.
2. Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving payment.
3. We will send you an email once shipped which will include yourUPStracking number(s).
4. The insurance is already included in the shipping rate. We take great care to properly and promptly prepare each package for shipping.
5. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported with 48 hours of product arrival.
6. Lost packages must be reported toUPS and to us within 48 hours of expected arrival time.

Fine Print

1. We know that things happen. Don't worry. We will take your unmounted new wheels back for credit.
2. All new returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
3. All returns must be sent prepaid with full insurance and an RGA# clearly marked on the boxes.
4. All returns must be in original boxes and properly packaged.
5. Defective wheels must have an RGA# clearly marked on the box and be sent back prepaid. Upon verification of defect, credit will be issued OR replacement wheel will be shipped.
6. NO SALES TAX!!!!!!!!!
