- New pistons, rings, timing components, freeze plugs, gasket sets, valve guides, flat tappet lifters, virtually all with oil pumps, rod, cam and main bearings.
- Crankshafts and camshafts are reground, polished, and oil holes chamfered to rigid specifications.
- Rods are checked for bend or twist, resized and honed to O.E.M. specifications.
- Valve seats are 3-angle cut for optimum sealing, new valves are used on many applications.
- Cast iron blocks are shot blast cleaned and magnafluxed to ensure unseen cracks do not cause a premature failure. Aluminum blocks are chemically cleaned.
- Block deck and cylinder heads are resurfaced to ensure proper sealing - all blocks are line honed.
- Valve stems are centerless ground, butt cut, and chamfered to ensure proper clearance and oil control when not replaced with new.
- Engines are 100% functionally tested.
