I am listing my PLX Device obd2 scanner/gauge. I purchased this last year to use in my Chevy Colorado along with my Scangauge2. I was told that if i got a obd2 splitter cable i could use both devices on my truck. but i found out that this is not so! This gauge works perfectly. It comes with the sending module, the remote control, and the 2 3/8 organic l.e.d. gauge. As well as the pod i made up to hold the gauge. I do not have the cd that comes with the gauge or the usb cable to hook it up to a computer. The manual is downloadable at the PLX Device website ( I will include the manual i printed off their site ). I never got the usb cable with it when i purchased it but it can also be purchased through their site. As i said i had planned on using this gauge along with my Scangauge2 thus allowing me to view 8 parameters at the same time but i found out the obd2 on the truck doesn't send data fast enough for this. so i got another scangauge and daisy chained them together ( daisy chaining them together will allow this ). The Scangauges are not near as nice as the PLX Device, very much more simple display. As shown in the pictures, I had the gauge hardwired into my truck and therefore the power wire was cut. When i took it out i reconnected the plugin to the power cord. it can be used just by plugging it into the cigarette lighter or as i had it, hardwired into your vehicle. If you are reading this i assume you know how these gauges work--you plug the box into the obd2 port on any 1996 or newer vehicle with the obd2 port and the gauge plugs into the box. you also have toconnect the box to a constant power supply. you can then read the information that is being fed to your vehicles computer thus allowing you to view water temperature, voltage, ambient air temp, open/closed loop, and any other parameters that your vehicle displays. You can display the information in different ways too, ex. as a analog gauge, a graph, numerical display, etc. as well as being able to download customizable gauges from their website. Very innovative gauge! I am selling my gauge because it's a shame to leave it in a box in my garage. It works as i stated before. Please ask me any questions you may have. Please understand that it was hooked up in my truck and used for about a month and as such it is in used condition.
