I have been using Michelin LT tires for truck for 20 years pulling horse trailer without all over the country from Arkansas to Montana. He have hauled horse and mules without worry in ice and snow and a lot of times without 4x4 due to the great traction. I would buy this tire again as I use the same tire on both of my trucks in Montana. I\'m also a bow hunter so I\'m on the off road a lot in the fall chasing elk. I don\'t worry about my tires. Some guys want a aggressive tread for their trucks and after 40 years of driving in ice and snow and rough terrain I just don\'t need an aggressive tread to climb mountains and the ride is quiet when I\'m back on the road. the end

Michelin - LTX M/S2

Have been purchasing the Michelin LTX M/S2 for my GMC Yukons for the past 10 years. I feel this has been one of the best tires Michelin makes. Was very sad to hear Michelin was discontinuing this line of tires for the new Defender series. Fortunately Tire Buyer pulled through and still had a set of these in stock and i was able to purchase them.

i used reviews from sites to pick out these tires .tire buyer had the lowehipping price and if you have delivered to one of there recommended locations they drop that price more.so there price is comp. to other merchants and with the low delivery its great,i was nerves that the installer was going to ream me on price but to m surprise it was cheaper than posted ..over all great ..tires were at installers in a day and installed b end of week

These are the original tires on my 2010 Dogde Ram 2500 pickup and I just love them. The best wearing tires I have ever had. As far as winter performance, two years ago on a elk hunting trip I drove for approx. 75 miles off road in 6-12\" of snow and never got stuck. I did however have chains as a backup but never needed them. I am ready to buy new tires and right now I have 103,000 miles on them. I cannot even believe that they have worn so well. Very impressive tire. I will not put anything else on my trucks now.

Tundra 4x4

I\'ve had the LTX\'s on the Tundra for about 30,000 mi. This tire was a replacement of a tire that was out of phase for replacement (the OEM tire had a sidewall puncture about 1 year after purchase). I like the tires. They drive and handle well in all conditions, even last year\'s deep Boston snow. I pulled cars out of snow banks with no tire slippage at all. I find the LTX\'s a little louder than the ATX\'s, but the handling is firmer (not as soft). I pull a boat and drive highway, some offroad.

Got 80K miles - I do a lot of highway driving. The only issue with my previous set was premature sidewall cracking. I don\'t believe it affected the integrity of the tire but I didn\'t like the look. I\'ve heard they have fixed this.

Michelins are my only choice in tires and have been for many years , dollar for dollar the make one of the best tires for the money . I would not buy anything else for my truck .
