Up for sale is a beautiful set of Recaro LX seats. The LX is the nicer model with pull out leg extensions. If you are more than 5\'10\" then these leg extensions make a real difference when driving long-distance. These seats came factory installed in top models of BMW e30s and Mercedes E class in the 1980s and early 90s. It was also included as OEM equipment in our for Alfa Romeo, Toyota supra, Dotson and many many other performance and luxury cars. Luxury and racing Brands installed this seat in their top model cars because of it superior comfort. I do not know where this set of seats originally came from but it appears to me that it was part of Recaro\'s aftermarket line and did not come originally installed in any car. These seats have been recovered BY HAND. They look really great and they will make a great addition to your restoration project. The side bolsters are stitched in red. I have been working with seats for years and this style Ricardo is a particularly hard to cover because of the round bolsters, this set looks very very nice. Most Recaro recovers have excessive bunching on the rounded corners, this it does not. Please examine all the photos carefully and feel free to ask for more pictures. This set of seats has been recovered BY HAND and is NOT 100% perfect. In addition to being very beautiful, the seats are very very comfortable. If you have never sat in a Recaro seat, then you are in for a real treat. The foam in the bolsters is firm and it sits well. When seats are ordered new from the factory the headrests are sold separately. There are three different styles of headrest to choose from. This set has the most popular \"fishnet\" style headrest. The actual fishnet is original and in great condition, this is super rare to find because normally, over the course of time, someone\'s child or curious friend puts their fingers in and rips the fishnets.
