Omni Power 3 Bar MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensors use state of the artbipolar op amp circuitry with thin film resistor networks built intoeach micro chip. Pressure changes are calculated on a true linear 0-5volt scale via a specially designed silicon pressure sensor that alsocompensates for temperature changes. The unique ability to compensatefor temperature changes allows the 3 Bar MAP sensor to remain aminimum of 99% accurate from 32 degrees F to 180 degrees F through outits range of scale.
Withthe true linear pressure vs. voltage scale there is never a need to re-tuneat different altitudes as with other sensors.
