To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). You may also use the return center.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of weekends. All purchases after 11:00am on Friday will ship the following Monday.
We pride ourselves on really fast shipping. Normal shipping times are 1-2 days on the east coast and 3-4 on the west coast. If you need an item faster please contact us. We will be happy to overnight your parts at an addtional cost.
