Electrical items:

• Electrical items are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer electrical items for testing purposes so PLEASE make sure you have properly diagnosed before you order. It's difficult to convince someone an electrical item is new and unused when the package is opened, dirty, or has contact marks on the electrical terminals.
  

Returns:

• Correctly shipped items MUST be returned uninstalled and unused, in original packaging and pre-approved within 3 business days of delivery. Shipping is not reimbursed for correctly shipped orders or cancelled orders that have already shipped. All mentioned returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped items due to our error must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of delivery. After inspection, incorrectly shipped items will be credited in full and shipping shall be reimbursed. To ensure a speedy credit, please include any relevant information regarding purchase. We will do our best to issue any credits within 24 hours of our receipt.
