All returned parts must be in the original packaging and must include a copy of your invoice and you must have a Return Authorization Number. There will be a 0% restocking fee for all returns if Swedish Car Parts concludes the order was your error, but is still a returnable item. No returns on special order parts. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any refund being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive a refund.This item comes with a limited warranty on defective damage, if the part arrives with defective damage then we will replace the part at no cost to you within our (30) day return period. Any warranty claims will not be honored for parts that were damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation. Warranty claims must include a copy of a repair order that shows the nature of the repair, parts used, date and mileage of the vehicle at time of installation.
