·Previously installed parts, parts altered inany manner, or parts returned missing pieces that were apart of what wasoriginal sale, arenot eligible for return.
·All other parts must be in a re-sellablecondition: must be in its original packaging, not having been installed, andthe part number label not damaged. Buyer will be notified once a return part isreceived.
·If eligible for return, we will process arefund, minus 20% restock fee where applicable. If it is deemed ineligible forreturn, Buyer will be notified immediately and will have 5 business days toprovide either a shipping label for return or pay through PayPal the cost ofshipping the ineligible return to be sent back. If the 5 business days passwithout shipping provided by Buyer, the part will be disposed.
Defective Returns:
UPS requires multiple photos of the item wherethere are issues including the box it was shipped in.Items that have beenreceived that are defective, broken, missing pieces, wrong, or any other issueswill need to be handled through the eBay return process.
