The exact numeric model numberfor Ariens/Gravely/Simplicity lawn mowers (example 915216) and serial number.Year and model for Spartan lawn mowers (example 2018 RZHD 54” Kawasaki 35hp). Cancelling Orders

-Items must be in original condition & packaging with all tagsattached.
-Any items that are opened or missing packaging (if the item is ina bag with a hangtag or special packaging), missing parts out of the kit (suchas screws/nuts/etc.), contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in theoriginal new condition will be charged a restock fee.
-Please package all items with care. If the item is receivedbroken or damaged, due to lack of packing, no refund will be given.
-We do NOT pay for return shipping. Return shipping is the buyer’sresponsibility.
