Return Policy
30 Day Warranty begins the day the item arrives to the buyers registered address, not the day the item is installed.
All claims or disputes are subject to our discretion. BMP Auto Salvage (BMP Enterprises, Inc.) has the right to deny any claim if any terms of sale are breached.
All items purchased are from salvaged vehicles meaning they are pre-owned. They may show extremely minor signs of use or significant wear. (We try to depict each item as accurately as possible under eBays SELLER NOTES in the ITEM SPECIFICS SECTION).
All canceled transactions will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. (I.E. purchasing an item and contacting us for a refund for any reason whatsoever prior to shipment). Buyers trying to avoid eBays restocking policy by filing a claim or dispute through Paypal or any other payment processing company are also subject to the 20% restocking fee.
If an item is purchased in error and the buyer would like to return it, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as assume full financial responsibility in returning the item. A valid tracking number MUST be provided along with signature confirmation on all orders over $99.99. Please note, free shipping is in no way shape or form free. For any and all refunds the cost of shipping as well as the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the buyers refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All local pick ups are to be paid in cash.
If the item has been purchased by mistake the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for sending it back to our registered Paypal address with a valid tracking number. Buyer can use our pre existing box but MUST USE NEW PACKAGING MATERIALS to ensure the item is delivered safely. If the item arrives damaged buyer will not be refunded.
For all defective items an exchange will first be offered. Only if we are out of stock on the item will we then accept a return, if an item can be exchanged it will be sent out directly to the buyer at the BUYERS EXPENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will gladly replace a defective item as long as it has been declared defective by an ASE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING THE OLD ITEM BACK TO US AS WELL AS PAYING FOR THEIR REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT OUT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
For any and all returns BUYER ASSUMES COMPLETE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SENDING THE ITEM BACK REGARDLESS AS TO WHETHER THE ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE, NOT AS DESCRIBED, ORDERED BY MISTAKE, WRONG SIZE, WRONG PART NUMBER, BECAUSE THE BUYER CHANGED THEIR MIND OR ANY OTHER REASON. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Buyers who do the installation of any of our parts themselves MUST BE ASE CERTIFIED. Failure to provide proof of certification will result in loss of warranty for the item and any exchange or return request will be denied.
All defective items must be installed or declared defective by either the Dealership or an ASE Certified Mechanic Shop. Written proof must be provided as well. I.E. Receipt, Invoice, ETC. Any installations done by anyone other than a licensed professional in the automotive industry will void the warranty entirely and any refunds / exchanges will be denied. If opening a case or dispute please be sure to upload a copy of the invoice / receipt from your local repair facility stating that the item is defective as well as the technicians full name, phone number and copy of ASE Certifications. Failure to provide these documents will void the warranty entirely as well as the opportunity to exchange the item or receive a refund.
All of our items prior to shipment are marked. All returned items must bear our markings, any items returned without our signature mark will be ineligible for a refund and you will be reported to your local law enforcement agency for mail fraud.
If an item initially arrives defective, all replacement items will be sent through standard shipping services such as FedEx Smart Post or USPS Parcel Post. Expedited shipping is available at the buyers expense. Free expedited shipping is only free for the initial purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the buyer requests a return and the return is approved, the buyer will be refunded with the exception of the actual shipping cost, a $3.75 shipping and handling reimbursement fee (bubble wrap, tape and stretch wrap does not come cheap) as well as a 20% restocking fee. For example, an item purchased for $100 is approved for a return. The shipping cost was $10.00, the Restocking fee was $20, the shipping and handling reimbursement fee was $3.75 so the buyer will receive a refund of $66.25. Buyers can request a copy of the actual shipping costs for all of their transactions.
We will not be held responsible for loss of wages from mechanics labor, rental, etc. from the purchase and installation of our used products.
We will not be held legally responsible for any damages to any person or property due to a defective item which was sold. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure an ASE Certified Technician has thoroughly inspected the item as well as performed the installation.
We will not accept any returns on any body cuts or glass. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We assume no financial responsibility for any items damaged or lost while in transit. In order for the buyer to be refunded for an item lost or damaged thourgh a shipping company, BMP Auto Salvage (BMP Enterprises, Inc.) must first be reimbursed by the shipping company after submitting the claim for damaged / lost merchandise, upon receiving the refund through the shipping company the buyer will then be refunded. If the shipping company denies the claim the buyer will not receive a refund and BMP Auto Salvage (BMP Enterprises, Inc.) assumes no financial responsibility to reimburse the buyer whatsoever.
Any and all legal litigations are to be held in Broward County, Florida. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all associated travel and court costs. If the ruling is in our favor buyer assumes all financial responsibility for BMP Auto Salvage (BMP Enterprises, Inc.) Attorneys fees as well.
Any buyer who requests to cancel a transaction before or after the item has been shipped and / or requests a return for any reason will be blocked from making any further purchases indefinetely.
Absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges on any item with DAMAGE or AS-IS on the title of any of our listings. No exceptions.
It is incumbent for the buyer to ensure that their registered address on both eBay and Paypal is up to date! We assume no financial responsibility for refunding buyers who have moved and / or forgotten to update their current address and had the item delivered to their previous residence. We will only ship to the registered Paypal address. No exceptions.
Items shipped through FREIGHT shipping services to a RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS are subject to a $175 surcharge ($100 for the residential delivery fee and $75 for the lift gate fee) WE DO NOT PROFIT A PENNY FROM THIS! DELIVERY TO A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Buyers failing to pay the additional surcharge will have their orders canceled and be blocked immediately from making future purchases!
