Cosmetically this head light is a 4/10 for the age has lens sun fade a good buffing will clean the lens up most auto shop will charge like 20-30 to do clean them
When I pulled this headlight there were no bulbs in it so this headlight does not come with a high beam and low beam HID bulb you can use the same one from the headlight you are replacing if you like
This headlight has all bulbs except turn signal but you can use your bulbs
