Your satisfaction is important to us. Since we are selling used auto parts in a high-volume business, in rare instances, items are found to be missing or damaged at the time they are being shipped. Rather than ship an item that would not be to your satisfaction, we would rather refund your money immediately. Otherwise, we can send you a photo of the item to get your approval to ship as-is with a discount.
