This warranty does not apply to any AUTOPART TR U ST INC unit which has been altered, misused, damaged, installed improperly, installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed, installed on a racing or high performance vehicle, or vehicle with modified suspension/rims/tires. This warranty is extended only to the owner of the vehicle on which the unit is installed, for as long as that person owns the vehicle, and is not transferable.
Remedy and ServiceA replacement for a failed or defective AUTOPART TR U ST INC unit is available from the point of purchase. For Proper Credit unit must be returned with proof of purchase and a brief description of the “Reason for Return”
ExclusionsAUTOPART TR U ST INC makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose and no other warranties, representations or guarantees, whether written or oral, beyond those contained in this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations for exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
