Returns & ExchangesReturns & ExchangesIf for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery assuming the product has not been used, driven on or damaged. If the returned merchandise is not in the same original condition as when it was sold, we will not be able to process the return and the merchandise will be sent back at the buyer's expense. Your return request should be done in My eBay by selecting "Return This Item" to initiate the return process. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday). Wheels cannot have had tires mounted. Tires must have manufacturer's label intact. All products must be returned in their original boxes (including with applicable accessories) with protective packing material. All shipping charges for the returned shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. You should insure shipments for damage or loss. Any returns or exchanges sent back without a return authorization are subject to additional fees and deductions. Once your product has been received and inspected at our facility, you will be issued a credit as calculated as follows:- Tires, Wheels or Accessories: Credit less 20% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee of $25.00). - Tire & Wheel Package: Credit less 20% restocking fee and $100 labor charge for dismounting, cleaning and repackaging.- All credits will be issued by original payment method. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt of delivery to initiate return process.
