When it comes to our factory replications, just like Honda, Nissan & Toyota factory wheels they are manufactured by ISO 9001 and Japan Light Alloy Wheel (JWL) certified manufacturing facilities.

Photography – In order to help our customers feel confident that they are making a fully informed purchase, we try to take pictures of the actual wheel for sale (rather than generic placeholder photos). We also take multiple pictures of each wheel showing a 360 degree view, further clarifying the quality of the entire wheel. We want our customers to know exactly what it is they are buying. As for our listings with proxy photos we guarantee the quality of the purchased wheel will match the quality that is seen in the photos.

Shipping – At The WheelerShip we take the time to stock and inspect every wheel before listing. This gives us the opportunity to ship wheels the same day that they are ordered, as long as the order is made before 5:30 PM EST. Having our customers receive their wheel as soon as possible is our priority.

Price – Price is important to our customers, and although our prices are certainly competitive, our quality control model does not always permit us to have the lowest prices. So we have created a money back exchange program to decrease the overall cost for our customers while also offering an environmentally safe way of disposing of their old wheels.

Color Matching

We pride ourselves on providing the best possible color match, but due to the nature of remanufactured wheels, it is impossible to guarantee color matching.

All of our remanufactures use computerized systems to match the factory color. To further improve the satisfaction of our customers we then inspect every wheel prior to listing making sure the color is as close to factory as possible.

Return Policy & Warranty

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at The WheelerShip. We want our customers to feel free to return any wheel for any reason that leaves him or her unsatisfied, as long a sales representative is contacted withinfourteen 14business days of receipt and the wheel has not been mounted or altered in anyway. We do not charge restocking fees but the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is found to be damaged or defective.All items must be returned in the same conditionin which they were received.

Warranty Limitations

We also offer a 90-day warranty on the finish for this product.

The WheelerShipwill not warranty wheels that have been subject to any misuse of abuse, including the following:

• Damaging the surface due to neglect, road salt, harsh conditions, or improper wheel care including cleaning with abrasives brushes and/or strong chemicals.
• Damaging the surface during tire mounting and installation, including using improper tools and damages that are created by wheel weights.
• Loading the wheel beyond the applicable maximum wheel load or using a tire thatis oversized.
• Accidents, including thosethat result in nicks, scratches, or other surface blemishes.
• The use of spacers or adapters of any kind.
