These are dealer takeoffs from a 2016 Nissan Maxima, but equipped with tires and sensors for a Nissan Altima. They are made by Enkei using their MAT (flow forming) process, so they are only about 3 lbs. heavier than a factory 17" wheel. Definitely fits all 5th generation Altimas (2013-2016). May fit others, but you are responsible to check your particular vehicle's fitment.
These wheels/tires have fewer than 500 miles on them. The tires are Continental ContiProContact 235/40/19. Comes with 433 MHz tire pressure sensors, center caps, and 20 factory style lug nuts (these are different than the factory lug nuts that come on the Altimas). As you can see in the pictures, these wheels look great on the Altima. There are a few small surface scratches from handling during the takeoff and tire installation process, but they look great overall.
