- We will not accept wheels or tires that have been used and/or mounted.
- We will not accept wheels or tires that have been damaged by buyer.
- We will not accept late return requests, so please send in your return request within 30 days of your purchase date.
- For order cancellations, please contact us within 3 hours the order was placed. We will cancel the order and issue a refund without any fees if we received the notification prior to pulling the wheels or tires from our warehouses. Please call us at [phone removed by eBay] or email us.
- For cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped, please request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from customer service (see How to Return section below). Please note the there will be a 15% restocking fee on this return and the buyer is responsible for the "to" and "from" shipping costs.
- A. Items damaged in transit
- Please send clear photo evidence of packaging damage PRIOR to opening the package, as well as clear photos of the damaged item.
- Please notify us and send these photos within 2 days of delivery (delivered date as shown on FedEx.com).
