Please be aware that any problem not listed below is not covered by our 7 day exchange policy.
If the product is damaged upon arrival, please provide a photo of the item and of the box it came in. We will file a Damage
Claim with the shipping company. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer.
If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a picture of the product and the defect, and
we will assist you with the return process. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and will pay for the return
shipping charge. We will only ship the item out once the defected item is back in our possession, so if this is a replacement,
we highly suggest to keep your original item.
If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a Lost Claim has been approved
by the shipping company.
If an incorrect item is received, please e-mail us with a photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and
charge for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipments only).
If the customer did not submit vehicle VIN# (before shipment) and purchased the wrong item by error and requests a return,
shipping and handling charges are not refundable (for “free shipping” items, the actual shipping cost is not refundable).
Customer will also be charged for return shipping cost and possibly a 10% restocking fee.
WARRANTY TERMS
JSD Auto Parts Inc. warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from
the date of sale to the buyer.
NOTICE: Please keep original purchase receipt. Defective Items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt for all claims.
JSD Auto Parts Inc. will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special loss or
damage of any kind, including but not limited to labor, paint, property damage and personal injury as result of the use of
its part(s), however caused. The entire liability of JSD Auto Parts is limited to the actual price of the claimed part(s).
The following conditions will void this warranty:
Damage caused by excessive system pressure due to a faulty radiator cap or internal combustion leaks as obvious
with blown tank failures.
Damage caused by obvious negligence, abuse, improper installation or
maintenance.
All vehicles/equipment must have a properly working engine overheat warning system as damage caused by
overheating is considered driver negligence and will not be covered.
Corrosive damage caused by the effects of physical or chemical properties of water, steam, or other liquids or
gases including the use of coolant or coolant mixtures other than that specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
External exposure due to salt air corrosion in coastal areas.
Physical damage due to collisions, accidents, abusive handing or shipping.
Stripped threads on any component of the radiator such as on engine oil cooler lines, transmission oil cooler lines,
drain cocks or temperature sensor connections.
Electrolysis caused by excessive stray electrical current in the coolant system is not covered under the warranty.
Use for applications other than for what the unit was specifically designed.
Repair, disassemble or modifications to the radiator.
Use in fleet, commercial, governmental, off highway or racing applications and use as a component
of another manufacturer’s product.
