Coventry West is pleased to announce the introduction of Dunlop Brand and engineered 'HITACHI TYPE' suspension compressors suitable for Land Rover LR3 (2005-2009) and Range Rover Sport (2006-2009) models. Toward the end of 2012, Land Rover switched from the original Hitachi brand compressors to a newer AMK style compressor. The updated AMK compressor must be programmed by a Land Rover dealer or a repair shop with access to specialized software. This is not something most DIYers can do on their own and therefore will cost extra money to have this done.
We're happy to offer the original style aftermarket compressor manufactured by Dunlop that does NOT require any programming to work properly. As long as the suspension compressor on your LR3 or Range Rover Sport has not already been replaced with the updated AMK compressor, this Dunlop compressor is a Plug-and-Play component.
