Generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 10 to 14 business days, but it can take up to three weeks from when you placed your order to when it arrives. Processing times, carrier delivery times, and most importantly, delays at customs, can slow down the shipment of your part.

Tracking

Your order is being shipped to our international freight forwarding partner Aramex in New York. To help you know where your order is, we provide the tracking numbers associated with your shipment. You can track your shipment by visiting and entering your tracking number. Please note, you may also receive other tracking numbers from our domestic carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, AGS) providing the shipment status in route to the consolidation zone in New York. But it is the Aramex tracking number that will provide you the tracking information to your end destination.

Costs Associated with Shipping and Taxes.

We include the shipping cost and any applicable taxes at the time of checkout. All customs, duties and brokerage are covered by us. As such, unlike many online websites where you later get hit with the customs bill upon receipt of the product, the price you pay us at checkout is your total cost.

Please note that we are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by the duration of time required for you to receive the part(s) you won / ordered, or caused by any of the listed problems and any additional time required to fix them, or caused by the use of wrong, broken or defective part(s) during and/or after installation. img_attrib
