LOCAL PICK-UP:
Local pick-up is great, but the sale must be completed through this venue, and must be paid in full ahead of time. After notice of payment is received by us, Buyer will receive a message with a 6 digit pick-up number, required at the counter.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, refunded in full if item is not as described (with submission of VIN), or for any other reason less 15% restock charge, as long as item is unused, and not installed. Usually we will waive the restock charge if another comparable item is purchased in place of the returned item.
Returns MUST include original manufacturer box/packaging, if supplied with sale, or they will be refused.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to properly protect & insure ALL returns. Broken or damaged items will not be accepted, and will be returned to the Buyer AT BUYER'S EXPENSE (or discarded, at Buyer’s request).
