Shipping damage claims must be reported within 5 days of arrival. Items will be subject to inspection by the carrier for approval and replacement

Warranty is not transferable and extended to the registered vehicle owner only at the time of installation. Warranty returns are subject to
inspection and products returned with obvious signs of neglect or improper installation will not be covered under warranty.
Customers wishing to file a warranty claim will be required to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt and picture of the warranty item
to include the defective area and warranty sticker or stamped code. Defective parts may need to be returned for physical inspection at our discretion.
Customers may purchase a replacement part while the claim is being processed. Once the claim inspection process has been finalized and defect
confirmed a refund of the purchase price paid will be issued.
