Each manual boost controller we manufacture comes with a lifetime warranty. If your NXS boost controller ever breaks, stops working, or malfunctions, we will replace it with a new one free of charge!

The NXS Motorsports manual boost controller can be installed on both single and twin turbo setups.

Electronic boost controllers are expensive, difficult to install, and even harder to dial in. Take all the guess work out of the equation and try our MBC.

Test drive one for 60 days- If you're not happy with it, simply return it for a full refund.

Our ball and spring manual boost controllers are manufactured right here in the US. They can be used on any turbo application and can handle pressures in excess of 50 psi. Simply install the boost controller in-line between a boost source and the wastegate to fine tune the amount of boost you want to run. On average, an engine outputs an extra 10 hp for each additional 1 psi produced. This can reduce your 1/4 mile ET by a tenth of a second.

The NXS manual boost controller takes about 15 minutes to install and requires only a basic set of tools. If you can perform simple maintenance services such as replacing the engine oil or air filer, you will have no problem installing this. It comes with step-by-step directions and illustrated diagrams to assist in the installation.
