This is an original Toyota 2ZZ exhaust manifold that came from a zero mile crate motor. The engine was set up for the non-USA Corolla RunX and lists the same part number 17141-88601 for the Celica GTS, Matrix / Corolla XRS. The manifold was never used but shows some markings from disassembly and storage.
