Effective 1-27-2013 postage rates will increase for Domestic and International mail. Due to late notification from the US Post Office and Ebay, I am unable to make changes to all listings that will accurately reflect postage cost. In most cases I will be able to absorb the increase, however, in some cases I will not and ask buyers to pay the additional cost for shipping. Domestic (USA) increases were modest while International increases were exceptionally high. I truly regret having to place a statement such as this in my listings but I am sure you will understand.
