This is genuine new old stock. My guess is that all parts are present but not certain. I purchased this many years ago from a closed Buick dealership. The paper instruction sheet is \"bug bitten\" and not in good condition. Please check your numbers before buying. Actual item shown. I will ship free in the lower 48 states.
