What is Included:
1. We will power up and test the LCD.
2. We will repair the LCD so that all numbers and pixels are visible. (This includes replacing the LCD ribbon cable with a high quality cable.)
7. (Optional) - We can program the mileage on your cluster to match the vehicle at no additional charge, if you are installing a replacement cluster.
8. We will power up and test the LCD after the repairs have been made.
9. We will clean the cluster inside and out.
10. You will receive a lifetime parts and labor guarantee.
11. We will pay for the return shipping.
How it Works:
1. You send us your instrument cluster.
2. We do all of the work within 1-2 days of arrival.
3. After the repairs have been made, will power it up and test the LCD to make sure that it is funny functional and all numbers and pixels are visible.
4. We will mail it back on the next business with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Service (unless you select Express 1-2 day shipping) and you will receive a tacking number. We pay for the return shipping.

Disregard eBay\'s \"Estimated Arrival Time\" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay\'s policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us.
Once we receive your cluster, it will be repaired and process the same day, and will be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service the very next day (Monday-Friday).
What We Need From You:
1. Your cluster instrument cluster. Send your instrument cluster with the lens (clear plastic part) REMOVED, as shown below in the picture. The lens is simply held on by 4 clips, unclip and remove the lens. The lens is VERY fragile and WILL break during shipping if you send it with the cluster.

2. It needs to be VERY well packaged! It will be returned to you in the exact same packaging as it arrived.
