For up to 28 days, an item supplied with a manufacturing defect can of course be returned to us for replacement or for a full refund of its value. There is a 15% restocking fee if the item is being returned due to incorrect selection by the purchaser, unless a replacement item is being resent. In order to issue a refund or store credit the item must be returned in perfect condition. If the item is damaged in transit and requires replacement, we must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the delivery.

The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. It covers the replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. Most of our products come direct from the manufacturer and are intended for professional installation in order to avoid damage to the product. Warranty will be void due to improper installation.
