  • Due to the nature of the products we sell, we inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damaged). Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
  • When the buyer received a damage package or package loss, please email us immediately so that we can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the carrier (only apply to UPS/Fedex). Replacement item will be shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be responsible for the lost package (this does not apply to damaged item). For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange only.
