Unlike other costly/ unfair exchange programs.
JDS Performance offers a limited 3 month warranty on our turbochargers. If forwhatever reason your turbocharger fails within 3 months of your purchase dateand you do not run the turbocharger to complete failure (ruin wheels). We willrebuild it at no charge (does not include new wheels) only return shipping willbe charged. To explain in more detail. A turbo failure begins with puffingsmoke out the exhaust. At this point you should determine if you are runningproper oil pressure at turbo oil inlet. Which on a ball bearing turbocharger shouldbe around 20 psi at idle and 40 psi at max operation. Also being sure your oildrain line is draining properly (no back ups). Your crankcase pressure is nottoo high. Also be sure your oil feed line is not blocked/ kinked in anyway. Ifyou have already met the above goals you should not run the turbocharger anylong to avoid further costly damage to turbocharger that would not be coveredunder this limited warranty. If you do fail to stop running turbocharger andcompletely destroy it (ruin wheels and bearing housing). We can sell youanother new CHRA at a discounted rate (to be determined after failureinspection). JDS Performance has the right to deny any claim that is due toimproper install, poor maintenance and/or abuse (over boosting). Warranty
Each JDS Performance Turbo brand turbocharger is warrantedto be free from manufacture's defects for a period of 3 months from the date oforiginal invoice. The Manufacturer's warranty otherwise applies. Sellerexpressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and/ or fitnessfor a particular purpose.
JDS Performance will repair or replace at its discretion anyJDS Performance Turbo branded product that proves defective in material orworkmanship under normal installation, use and service. In the case of anywarranty claim with regards to defects in material or workmanship, the productin question should be returned freight prepaid to original ship from addressshown on invoice.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure of componentsdue to normal wear and tear. There is no warranty on any parts used in raceapplications or on products that have been physically altered, improperlyinstalled or not maintained. Seller's warranty is in lieu of all otherwarranties, express or implied.

Motor vehicles or engines equipped with JDS Performanceproducts may not be used on public roads, as installation of such productscould cause the vehicles or engines to be non-compliant with applicableemissions and/ or safety standards.
Installation of JDS Performance products (or similar)products from other manufacturers) on motor vehicle or engine may void, reduceor otherwise adversely affect any warranties given by the manufacturer orseller of the vehicle, engine or other component parts. JDS Performance shallnot be liable to any person or entity for direct, indirect, special,consequential, or other damages (including, without limitation, any lostprofits, business interruption, loss of information or programs, or other dataon your information handling system) that are related to the use of, or theinability to use, the content, materials, and functions of the site or anylinked website, even if expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
