Store Payments Shipping *NEW* GM-4004 & GM-A36 CAR RADIO FACTORY WIRING HARNESS & ANTENNA ADAPTER
This harness and antenna adapter are used to install an aftermarket radio in your vehicle. You simply unplug your factory radio, plug this adapter in to the car radio harness and then install your NEW radio. This harness connects the car's radio harness to any aftermarket stereo. The idea of "aftermarket harnesses" is so you do not have to cut any wires, and most importantly you don't have to cut your CAR'S STEREO HARNESS. This part is guaranteed to fit all vehicles listed, please contact us with any questions.
PLEASE NOTE: These wiring harnesses are made for installing an AFTERMARKET radio into your car, NOT a stock radio
These harnesses will not work with Premium Amplified Systems, or bose systems.
The red wire that is supplied with the harness is used for only SOME of the vehicles that this harness fits. The red wire is used because YOUR VEHICLE does not supply a 12 volt switched accessory lead, and an accessory source must be located.
1. Locate an accessory power source in the vehicle's fuse box and attach the separate red wire provided.
2. Connect this red wire to the aftermarket head unit switched accessory lead.
3. Use Metra's standard wiring instructions for the remainder of the installation.
