- All returns must come with an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by us and return shipping address. If returned items are without RMA #, the package will be refused and the buyer will be held liable for all expenses.
- If your package is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible for any loss or damages and cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will be directed to submitting a claim directly to your shipping company requesting any reimbursement.

- The 90 day period is applied from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The limited warranty does not cover labor, any damages from accidents or installations, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. Warranty and exchanges may be limited to defective and or damaged items during transit to you.
- All warranty claims must be authorized and returned prepaid to CNS Autoparts for inspection and approval along with a filled out warranty form. This warranty does not cover or assume responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
