ABS Wheel Speed Sensors Repair Tips:
-Fasteners may be corroded or rusty. Apply a liberal coat of penetrating oil beforeattempting to loosen the hold down bolt.
-Clean rust and corrosion from mounting surface to ensure sensor seats properly.
-Apply lubricant to o-ring (where applicable) for easier installation.
-Return harnesses and retainers (where applicable) to their original positions to preventdamage by moving parts. Replace missing or damaged hardware.
-When removing the sensor from the hub, inspect for spacer washer(s). Reusewhen installing the new sensor.
