If items are purchased in error or no longer needed, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied, shipping cost is not refundable.
The warranty for engine control modules (ECU) and chassis control modules (CCU) is void once you have attempted to program or install them. Please ensure that you have the correct part before attempting to install and/or program it, as doing so will void the warranty and we will not accept a return. Some units must be programmed to specific vehicles. Please check with your local dealer before purchasing to see if your unit must be programmed to your specific vehicle.The regular return policy still applies as long as you have not attempted to install and/or program these units.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us via an eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Lamar Auto Salvage, 8575 Highway 98, Sumrall, MS, 39482 along with the RMA number.
