Front Inlet vs. Rear Inlet
When it comes to airflow, shorter paths withless restrictions will always flow greaterthan long tracts with multiple bends. TheWhipple front feed system is far superior torear inlet based SC systems for a verysimple reason, less inlet restrictions. Thefact is simple, the front entry systems donot require multiple 90deg bends or onesweeping 180deg bend before the SC inlet,which causes unequal rotor filling and lowervolumetric efficiency.
