Installation Instructions STEP 1: REMOVE ALL BROKEN GLASSRemove all existing broken glass and adhesive from the mirror's plastic frame and backing plate with a putty knife.
STEP 2: CLEAN & TEST FITThoroughly clean backing plate with rubbing alcohol. Clean mirror with glass cleaner. Test fit your Redi Cuts® before proceeding to the next step.
STEP 3: APPLY ADHESIVEApply Burco Redi Stick™ adhesive patches to the backing plate or mirror replacement, if applicable.
TIP: Install in a warm/dry environment.
TIP: In addition to adhesive patches, you may supplement silicone or urethane.
Align and press mirror replacement to the backing plate with firm yet gentle pressure.
STEP 5: CLEAN UPClean your installed Redi Cuts® mirror replacement with glass cleaner.
Tools Needed PUTTY KNIFEUse a 1.25" or 1.5" metal putty knife to remove broken mirror glass.
FLAT HEAD SCREWDRIVERUse a flat head screwdriver to remove broken mirror glass.
SCISSORSScissors can be used to cut or modify Redi-Stick™ adhesive patches.
TOWELUse a towel so prying does not scratch paint. Can also be used for clean up.
SILICONE OR URETHANESilicone or urethanes may be used to supplement adhesive patches.
RUBBING ALCOHOLRubbing alcohol can be used to prep the backing plate for proper adhesion.

To initiate a return, please contact us for an RMA number. RMA's can take up to 2 business days to generate. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Lost/Damaged Packages:
