You have 3 options: leave it as it is, replace the air bag assembly for $$$, or carefully remove the bad emblem and replace it with this set of wings.
This replacement domed badge fits Gen 1 Mini Cooper with 3 spoke steering wheels and measures approximately 2-3/4 inches long by 1-3/16 inches high by 1/16 inches thick. (I\'m not positive but I think it fits the two spoke steering wheel also.) The base is simulated brushed aluminum. It is printed on and then coated with a thick clear plastic coating. Auction includes emblem and instructions.
Fits 2002 - 2006 R50 Mini Cooper and R53 Mini Cooper S, and also 2005 - 2008 R52 Mini Convertibles.
