Back in Production is the Original MRAP wheel to Deuce adapter plate. Over 1000 of these have been made and are in use on everything from standard M35a2 deuces to MANY various custom applications and even Fire Department and SWAT vehicles.

These adapters will allow you to mount the military MRAP style 20" wheels that commonly come with 395/85R20 tires, onto a 2.5 ton M35a2, M35a3, M109a2, m109a3, m109a4 truck or any other similar military vehicle that has the 6 lugBUDD wheels.
I now only make the one size adapter. For custom cut MRAP adapter applications (non Rockwell 2.5 axle), I recommend speaking with Kyle at Blackrockfab.
Features of the adapters:
- 3D CAD designed,and CNC LASER cut on ultra high end multi-Milliondollar LASER, from 1/2" steel plate in 1 operation giving high cut quality and exact positional accuracy on the 16 holes as well as the inner and outer diameter. (I DON'Tuse a PLASMA CUTTER thatmakes rougher cuts and oversized sloppyholes)
- The 10x 1” diameter bolt adapter plate mounting holes are purposely held to a tight tolerance to improve alignment but have approximately .015” clearance to allow the bolts to mate up well with the wheel
- The 6 lug nut hole countersinks/chamfers are machined in a mill. (not with a drill press as many others use)
- Both sides of the adapter plates are sanded and will ship with a light coat of oil. Ready for you to clean and paint to match your truck.
- Each order includes 1 large bore to standard bore valve stem adapter so you can air up/down these wheels with a standard air chuck & gauge.
- Detailed instructions included that also address adjustments to improve driveability after switching from NDT Biased tires to Radial super singles.

Wondering if you have MRAP wheels or not? MRAP wheels are great for the deuce because they DON’T need to be modified like the HEMMT HEMTT / FMTV / 5 Ton wheels do, they fit within the fenders of the deuce, and they have a large center hole that is about 11” in diameter. They have a 10 bolt pattern that is just under 13 ¼” diameter (from center of holes).
Some MRAP wheel variations are 12,16, 18, & 20 bolt steel, 20,22 & 24 bolt aluminum. They all have the same lug pattern and center hole. These Rims are made by BAE Systems, ACCURIDE, OSHKOSH,Titan, Hutchinson, Spartan, Force Protection, JGILS & others. Again theseONLY fit the MRAP style wheel to the 6 Lug BUDD style Rockwell 2.5 ton Axle. These will NOT fit 5 Ton Wheels, FMTV wheels, or HEMTT HEMMT wheels which all have a smaller8-3/4" center hole.
Since these are aftermarket and not submitted for DOT approval,these are sold for Off Road Use Only. Wheel and tire are NOT included (yes some people did not realize that).
