This is a non-original one-piece design similar to the 2006 and newer MX5. It is made from the same materials and quality as the two-piece factory original style convertible tops, but because of the design change, is less expensive to manufacture and lower priced.
Deck seams were added at no additional charge to emulate factory original style Miata Tops. The top includes pre-punched plastic retainers to ease installation.
