Returns Policy1. If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material. We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.

If we shipped the wrong parts that you did not order, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to send it back. If you order the wrong parts, you may ship it back and pay for the shipping & handling fee. 3. Some items require professional skills, equipment and tools to install, so we recommend you ask a certified professional person or auto shop to install the parts. We do not accept claims if you have installed/painted the items. We also do not compensate expenses included but not limited to medical expenses, labor expenses, towing cost, repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by wrong installation/inspection procedures or wrong part ordering.
